Chapter 3 can be a tear jerker! I know because I wrote my first “I’m Sorry” letter in my early 30’s and I cried something awful! It’s been a journey living up to making sure I don’t apologize again for the things in my letter and after thinking of my successful highs and lows, I thought to rewrite my letter then share it with you. I’m quite different these days, especially considering perimenopause has decided to make friends with me without my invitation -_-

Still, I have to say that although I didn’t find myself apologizing for the same things, I recognize that living up to what’s in the first letter has brought out such deep appreciation that makes me wish I would have arrived at this place sooner…perimenopause and all. I invite you to read my most recent “I’m Sorry” letter and if you’re so inclined, I hope to read yours too.

xoxo,

Nzinga
